What personal data we collect and why we collect it


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

When you complete a contact form this information is sent back to us but in some case if the contact form is completed where it list that you are asking for additional info from a 3rd party like a lender then that form will also be received be the 3rd party that show as part of the contact form you are completing.


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

How long we retain your data

During the course of visiting our site you might have places that you can submit forms, place inquires, perform searches or other fields. Our site never ask for personal details more then the normal contact info, please do not fill any request directly from our site that could create any harm to to by sharing personal details including but not limited to Social Security numbers, account numbers or passwords.

What third parties we receive data from

Over time the website may change vendors offering 3rd parties data, but in general we receive 3rd party data from, MLS, Multiple Listing Service providers, bank/ lender rates & promotions, Builders marketing content and other general 3rd party services that supply valuable content for a consumer to help in their real estate needs.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

Based on the content a user fills out they should be expected to be contact to help complete the task of each form. In some case this could be an additional screen pop-up, email, text or phone call or any combination. Some parts of the website this becomes a automated process and happens instantly and other parts could take up to 24 hours for a response. In addition these contacts can be anywhere from a single contact to an unlimited numbers on contacts depending on the needs of each user.
